摘　　要：随着慢性疼痛被众人广泛的认知,疼痛灾难化思想逐步成为研究的热点话题。目前,欧洲国家在疼痛心理学范畴中对灾难化思想的研究颇多,而国内对灾难化思想的研究起步较晚且剖析不足。本文回顾了疼痛灾难化的相关概念和发生机制,介绍了疼痛灾难化量表、应对策略问卷等评估工具,从年龄、文化程度、负面情绪、肛门视觉模拟评分角度出发,对影响混合痔术后患者疼痛灾难化的因素进行归纳和分析,综述了转变灾难化信念、缓解疼痛需求现况、家庭情感支持系统等相关干预措施进行综述,全面、系统地了解混合痔术后患者疼痛灾难化的相关情况并从多方位进行康复护理,在疼痛护理基础上同时应用心理疗法,旨在引起护理人员对疼痛灾难化的认真对待,并为护理临床实践研究和科研工作的发展提供参考依据。As chronic pain is widely recognized by the public,the thought of pain catastrophic has gradually become a hot topic of research.At present,there are many researches on catastrophic thought in the field of pain psychology in European countries,while domestic research on catastrophic thought starts late and lack of understanding.This paper reviewed the related concepts and mechanisms of pain catastrophic,and introduced assessment tools such as the pain catastrophic scale and coping strategy questionnaire.The factors that cause catastrophic pain in patients after surgery are summarized and analyzed,and the related intervention measures such as changing beliefs about catastrophic pain,current needs for pain relief,and family emotional support system are reviewed to comprehensively and systematically understand the catastrophic pain of patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Rehabilitation care is carried out from multiple perspectives,and psychotherapy is applied on the basis of pain care.The aim is to attract the attention of nursing staff to the catastrophic pain,and to provide reference for the development of nursing clinical practice research and scientific research.
