摘　　要：目的研究自制止血带用于三次及以上剖宫产产妇中止血的效果。方法选取2021年1月至12月上饶市妇幼保健院产科收治的60例三次及以上剖宫产产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字法将产妇分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组在剖宫产取出胎儿后采用缩宫素+麦角新碱宫体注射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,采用自制止血带止血。比较两组产妇的术中,术后2、24 h出血量,手术时间,术后住院时间,宫底下降速度与恶露持续时间。结果观察组产妇的术中,术后2、24 h出血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的手术时间与术后住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的宫底下降速度快于对照组,恶露持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制止血带用于三次及以上剖宫产术中止血,有效减少产妇术中及产后出血量,加快产后康复。Objective To study the effect of self-made tourniquet on hemostasis in puerpera with three or more cesarean sections.Methods A total of 60 parturient women with three or more cesarean sections admitted to the Department of Obstetrics,Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.The parturient women were divided into observation group and control group by random number method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intrauterine injection of Oxytocin+Ergocloine after removal of the fetus by cesarean section,and the observation group was treated with self-made tourniquet on the basis of the control group.The intraoperative,2 h and 24 h postoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative hospital stay,rate of fundal descent and duration of lochia were compared between the two groups.Results The blood loss during operation,2 h and 24 h after operation in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fundus of the observation group decreased faster than that of the control group,and the duration of lochia was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made tourniquet can be used to stop bleeding during cesarean sections of three or more times,which can effectively reduce the amounts of intraoperative and postpartum bleeding and speed up postpartum recovery.
