摘  要:近年来中国海上深层高温气田的发现逐渐增加,该类气田在生产的中后期凝析水产量将会急剧增加,对管流动态和地面处理影响很大,而现有的考虑水为独立相的数值模拟方法与实验结果存在较大差异。进行了PVT、长岩心水蒸发室内实验,得到了始终处于饱和水状态下凝析气PVT性质,并以此为基础建立了含水流体模型;再结合垂向热值以及随深度变化的组分梯度,建立了气水相间传质模型;将该模型与Eclipse软件相结合,对地层水蒸发产出进行了数值模拟。对常规和本文新方法数值模拟结果进行了对比,结果表明,新方法可有效模拟高温气藏地层水蒸发过程,预测结果与实际生产数据吻合程度好。本文研究对海上高温高压凝析气藏中后期产水预测具有较好的参考价值。In recent years, the discovery of offshore deep-bed high-temperature gas reservoirs in China has gradually increased. The production of condensate water in this type of gas reservoir will increase sharply in the middle and late stages of production, which has a great impact on pipe flow dynamics and surface treatment. There is a big difference between the numerical simulation method considering water as an independent phase and the experimental results. The PVT properties of the condensate gas in the saturated water state were obtained through the laboratory experiments of PVT and long core water evaporation, and the water-containing fluid model was established based thereon. Then a gas-water interphase mass transfer model was established by combining with the vertical calorific value and the compositional gradient which varies with depth. The model was combined with the Eclipse to simulate the formation water evaporation output. The comparison of the numerical simulation results of the conventional method and the new method in this paper shows that the new method can effectively simulate the formation water evaporation process in high temperature gas reservoirs, and the predicted results coincide well with the actual production data. The study in this paper provides valuable references to the mid-and late-stage water production prediction of offshore high-temperature and high-pressure condensate gas reservoirs.
