摘 要:随着电动汽车和分布式发电的渗透率逐渐提高,给电力系统安全稳定及经济运行带来新的挑战。通过合理引导电动汽车充电,既可以促进分布式发电就近消纳,也能避免配电变压器过载运行。基于区块链技术,提出了一种电动汽车充电和分布式发电的交易机制,实现电动汽车车主与分布式发电商直接交易。借助区块链技术整合充电桩和分布式发电资源,利用逆向拍卖撮合双方交易,以第二低价作为中标价格激励分布式发电商诚实报价。通过充电阻塞价格的设置,引导电动汽车有序充电。仿真结果表明,所提出的交易机制能够实现充电桩资源共享,提高充电桩的利用率,避免配电变压器过载运行,促进分布式发电的就近消纳。The increasing penetration rate of electric vehicle and distributed generation gives rise to the challenges in the secure and economic operation of power systems.By properly guiding the charging of electric vehicles,it can not only promote the near consumption of distributed generation,but also avoid the overload operation of distribution transformers.Based on blockchain technology,this paper proposes a trading mechanism of electric vehicle charging and distributed generation,which realizes direct trading between electric vehicle owners and distributed generation providers.This mechanism integrates charging piles and distributed generation resources with blockchain technology,reverse auction is used to match the transactions between the two parties,the second lowest price is used as the winning price to encourage distributed generation companies to quote honestly and the charging blocking price is set to guide the orderly charging of electric vehicle.Simulation results show that the proposed trading mechanism can realize the sharing of charging pile resources,improve the utilization of charging pile,avoid the overload operation of distribution transformers,promote the nearby consumption of distributed generation.
