摘　　要：目的探索建立对江西老区贫困患者的帮扶模式。方法以南昌大学第一附属医院整形外科党支部为核心团队,针对江西老区贫困人口中,存在体表肿瘤、慢性创面、瘢痕挛缩等有整复需求的部分贫困患者进行全方位的帮助。包括网络科普、提高当地医疗技术、义诊、手术、资金筹措以及走访探望等活动,形成一套完整的院内院外连贯的帮扶模式。结果井冈山、赣南等多个江西贫困地区的患者得到了妥善的整复治疗。结论针对江西省老区的贫困患者,我院充分利用省内优秀的医疗资源总结出了一套行之有效的帮扶模式。Objective To explore and establish a support mode for poor patients in the old areas of Jiangxi province.Methods Taking the Party Branch of Department of Plastic Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University as the core team,poor patients with need for rehabilitation such as body surface tumor,chronic wounds and scar contracture in the old areas of Jiangxi province were supported.The all-round support including network science popularization,improvement of local medical technology,free clinic,surgery,fund raising,visits and other activities,forming a complete set of coherent assistance mode inside and outside the hospital.Results Patients in poor areas of Jiangxi province such as Jinggangshan and Gannan areas obtained proper rehabilitation treatment.Conclusion For patients in the poverty-stricken areas of Jiangxi province,we make full use of the excellent medical resources in the province to summarize a set of effective assistance mode.
