调Q红宝石点阵激光联合舒敏之星治疗颧部褐青色痣的疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的 观察调Q红宝石点阵激光联合舒敏之星治疗颧部褐青色痣的临床疗效及安全性。方法 自2020年9月至2021年3月,选取就诊于武汉大学人民医院医疗美容科的35例颧部褐青色痣患者,选择半侧面部采用红宝石点阵激光联合舒敏之星治疗(联合侧),另外半侧面部调Q红宝石点阵激光治疗(对照侧)。每2周1次,共6次。采用4分法评估疗效,观察不良反应情况并记录。结果 两侧疗效于第4次治疗后较治疗前显著提高,联合侧更明显。末次治疗后1、3、6个月色素均显著减少,但联合侧更明显。2例激光侧有持久性红斑发生,而联合侧未发生红斑反应。结论 调Q红宝石点阵激光联合舒敏之星治疗颧部褐青色痣效果更稳定、安全性更高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Q 694 nm pixel laser combined with Shuminzhixing in the treatment of Hori’s nevus. Methods A total of 35 patients with Hori’s nevus from September 2020 to March 2021 were recruited. One side of the face was treated by Q 694 nm pixel laser combined with Shuminzhixing, while the other side was treated by Q 694 nm pixel laser alone. The treatment was performed every 2 weeks, with a total of 6 times. The efficacy was evaluated by a quartile rating method. The adverse reactions such as pigmentation were recorded. Results The efficacy of both sides of the face was significantly improved after the fourth treatment, and the combination treatment was better. At 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after the final treatment, the pigment on both sides of the face decreased significantly, and the combination treatment was better. Two cases of erythema occurred on one side of the face underwent Q 694 nm pixel laser treatment alone. No erythema was found in the combination treatment. Conclusion The efficacy of Q 694 nm pixel laser combined with Shuminzhixing in the treatment of Hori’s nevus is stable. The safety was high. It should be considerable for clinical popularization and application.
