摘　　要：目的 观察A型肉毒毒素分区多点注射改善下睑纹的临床疗效。方法 回顾分析自2020年1月至2021年4月,湖南省人民医院整形激光美容科门诊收治符合纳入标准的56例下睑纹求美者。采用分区多点皮内注射,单点注射0.5~2.0 U,20 U/ml,双侧注射为3.0~7.5 U,平均(4.55±1.01)U,观察治疗后1、3个月下睑纹改善情况、求美者满意度以及不良反应。结果 求美者下睑纹严重程度等级评估在治疗后1、3个月与治疗前相比均有改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1次治疗后求美者满意率为96.4%(54/56)。3例治疗后出现睑袋加重,1个月后自行恢复,其余求美者均未发生严重并发症。结论 采用A型肉毒毒素分区多点注射改善下睑纹效果良好,不良反应发生率较低,求美者满意度较高,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of multi-point partition injection of botulinum toxin type A in the improvement of lower eyelid wrinkles. Methods From January 2020 to April 2021, 56 patients with lower eyelid wrinkles met the inclusion criteria were retrospectively studied. Multi-point partition intradermal injection was performed. The injection volume of single point was from0.5 to 2.0 U(20 U/ml). The injection volume of bilateral side was from 3.0 to 7.5 U, with an average of(4.55±1.01) U. The improvement of low eyelid wrinkles, patient satisfaction and complications were observed at 1 month and 3 months after treatment. Results The lower eyelid wrinkles were improved at 1 month and 3 months after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Patient satisfaction was 96.4%(54/56) after once treatment. Three patients developed eyelid bag after treatment and recovered spontaneously after1 month. No serious complications occurred in the remaining patients. Conclusion The efficacy of multi-point partition injection of botulinum toxin type A in the improvement of lower eyelid wrinkles is good. The complication rate is low and the patient satisfaction was high.It should be considerable for clinical promotion.
