摘　　要：目的 探究B超引导下自体脂肪注射隆臀术的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析自2020年7月至2021年12月,北京大学第三医院成形外科对11例求美者采用B超引导下行自体脂肪注射移植隆臀术的临床资料。B超引导下行脂肪注射隆臀术,注射前后测量臀部数据、并对术后随访等数据进行分析,评价求美者满意度。结果 本组11例求美者(22侧臀部)单侧臀部脂肪注射量为260~520 ml,中位注射量367.5 ml。术后3个月臀部平均脂肪厚度为(2.98±0.82)cm。注射前后腰臀比分别为0.76和0.73,平均臀围增加1.0 cm,平均臀沟长度增加1.55 cm;求美者满意率为91%。结论 采用B超引导下自体脂肪臀部注射移植的疗效确切、并发症较少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of autologous fat grafting for buttock augmentation under ultrasound-assisted guidance. Methods Between July 2020 and December 2021, the clinical data of 11 patients underwent buttock augmentation with autologous fat grafting under ultrasound-assisted guidance were reviewed. Patient demographics, measurements of the buttock and postoperative follow-up information were collected and analyzed. The postoperative patient satisfaction were evaluated. Results A total of 11patients with 22 buttocks were enrolled in this study. The fat grafting volume of unilateral buttock was from 260 to 520 ml, with median volume of 367.5 ml. The mean fat thickness of buttock was(2.98±0.82) cm at 3 months after operation. The preoperative and postoperative waist-to-hip ratio was 0.76 and 0.73, respectively. The mean hip circumference increased by 1.0 cm and the mean length of intergluteal cleft increased by 1.55 cm. Postoperative patient satisfaction was 91%(10/11). Conclusion Autologous fat grafting for buttock augmentation under ultrasound-assisted guidance was effective. There were few complications. It should be considerable for clinical popularization and application.
