面部皮肤厚度的高频超声测量

摘　　要：目的通过高频超声技术测量面部不同部位皮肤的厚度。方法自2022年2月至2022年7月,蚌埠医学院采用切面宽度为12.8 mm的23 MHz高频探头,对30名健康的中国汉族成年人面部的32个部位进行扫查,将每个部位的切面3等分,对其中点的皮肤厚度进行测量,共获得2880个测量数据。对于同部位3个测量数据接近、无统计学差异的列为“一致区”,计算出平均厚度;对于同部位3个测量值差异较大、有统计学差异的列为“差异区”,将3个测量值的平均值分别列出。结果高频超声可以清晰地显示面部表皮、真皮、皮下组织等各层结构。面部大部分区域属于“一致区”,而上睑、下睑、鼻背、鼻尖、鼻唇沟部、人中、颏部等7个部位属于“差异区”。上睑下缘的皮肤最薄处为(0.238±0.043)mm,鼻尖部的皮肤最厚处为(2.244±0.341)mm;额部的皮肤由内向外逐渐变薄、由上向下逐渐变厚;颊部的皮肤以内侧中央部位最厚;男性的皮肤厚度(1.120±0.162)mm>女性(0.952±0.080)mm,P<0.05。不同的BMI、不同的年龄,其皮肤厚度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健康成人面部皮肤厚度男性>女性,各部位的皮肤厚度差异有一定的规律,对整形美容治疗有重要的参考价值。Objective To measure the thickness of facial skin by high-frequency ultrasound for the clinical reference of plastic surgery.Methods A 23 MHz high-frequency transducer with a 12.8 mm display width was used to scan 32 parts of face of 30 healthy Chinese adults.The skin thickness of each part was measured at its midpoint by dividing the figure into 3 equal sections and recording the measurement values.A total of 2880 measurement values were obtained.The area that three measurement values were closed and not statistically different was classified as"consistent area",the mean thickness of which was calculated.The area that three measurement values were statistically different was classified as"inconsistent area",the mean values of three measurements were listed separately.Results High-frequency ultrasound can clearly show the structures of epidermis,dermis and subcutaneous tissues of face.Most areas of face belonged to the"consistent area",while seven areas,including the upper eyelid,lower eyelid,nasal dorsum,nasal tip,nasolabial fold,midface and chin,belonged to the"inconsistent area".The skin on the lower edge of the upper eyelid was the thinnest area(0.238±0.043 mm)and the skin on the nasal tip was the thickest area(2.244±0.341 mm).The skin thickness of males was(1.120±0.162)mm,which was higher than females of(0.952±0.080)mm.There was no statistical difference between different BMI and ages in the skin thickness.Conclusion In healthy adults,the facial skin thickness of males is thicker than females.There was a certain pattern of skin thickness differences in each area,which was an important reference for plastic surgery treatment.
