摘　　要：目的构建心血管内科护理质量控制指标。方法基于文献回顾法、访谈法、德尔菲法初步构建心血管内科护理质量控制指标,经由全国护理质量促进联盟专家讨论后,最终确定心血管内科护理质量控制指标。于2021年6月-12月在全国护理质量促进联盟14家三甲医院进行应用。结果共确定了包含一级指标2项、二级指标3项、三级指标6项的心血管内科护理质量控制指标。应用后,14家三甲医院6项指标均得到改善(P<0.05)。但血管活性药物规范使用执行率评价项目中,应用心电监护仪监测生命体征规范执行率较低;经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入术后穿刺部位并发症发生率评价项目中,肿胀发生率较高。结论心血管内科护理质量控制指标体现了心血管专科特点,可用于心血管内科护理质量评价。Objective To establish the nursing quality control indicators in Cardiovascular Department.Methods Based on the literature review,interview and Delphi methods,the nursing quality control index of Cardiovascular Department was initially constructed.After discussion by experts of the National Nursing Quality Promotion Alliance,the nursing quality control index of Cardiovascular Department was finally determined.It was applied in 14 tertiary hospitals of the National Nursing Quality Promotion Alliance from June to December 2021.Results A total of 2 primary indicators,3 secondary indicators and 6 tertiary indicators were determined for nursing quality control of Cardiovascular Department.After the application,the 6 indexes of 14 tertiary hospitals were improved(P<0.05).However,among the evaluation items of implementation rate of the standard use of vasoactive drugs,the implementation rate of the application of ECG monitor to monitor vital signs was low.Among the evaluation items of puncture site complications after transradial coronary intervention,the incidence of swelling was high.Conclusion The nursing quality control index Cardiovascular Department reflects the characteristics of cardiovascular specialty,which can be used to evaluate the nursing quality of Cardiovascular Department.
