摘 要:报道了一种以芳基三氮烯为偶氮源合成偶氮染料的高效方法,该方法采用萘酚与芳基三氮烯作为反应物,六氟磷酸作为促进剂,三氟乙醇作为溶剂,在室温条件下合成偶氮染料,并利用紫外-可见吸收光谱对产物进行表征。结果表明:所合成偶氮染料的最大吸收波长为472~500 nm(DMSO),摩尔吸光系数为3.90×10^(4)~1.14×10^(5)。此外,通过将该偶氮化方法应用于磺胺类药物的后修饰,进一步证实了该方法的实用性。An efficient synthetic approach for the synthesis of azo dyes using aryltriazene as an azo source has been developed.The azo-dyes were synthesized at room temperature with naphthol and aryltriazene as starting materials,hexafluorophosphoric acid as a cheap and readily available promoter,and trifluoroethanol as solvent.The UV-Vis absorption spectrum of the azo dyes demonstrated that the maximum visible absorption bands in DMSO are located at 472~500 nm,and the values of molar extinction coefficient are between 3.90×10^(4)~1.14×10^(5).The post-modification of sulfonamides with aforementioned diazenylation method further confirmed its practicality.
