摘  要:熟料矿物组成对高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥(BCSA)的性能有重要影响。本研究采用Rietveld法定量分析了不同煅烧温度、铝硫比和碱度系数条件下BCSA熟料中主要矿物含量的变化规律,并结合力学性能分析矿物组成的变化对BCSA水泥性能的影响。研究结果表明:随煅烧温度的升高,熟料中C_(2)AS和C$含量逐渐降低,C_(4)A_(3)$含量逐渐提高,水泥1 d强度逐渐增大;降低铝硫比P会提高熟料中C$的含量,有利于稳定α'-C_(2)S,提高BCSA中后期强度;降低碱度系数造成CaO配入量相对不足,C_(2)AS含量逐渐增大,非晶相含量逐渐减小,使水泥强度逐渐降低。The mineral composition of clinker has a decisive influence on the performance of Belite calcium sulfo-aluminate(BCSA)cement.In this paper,the variation of main mineral content in BCSA clinker with different calcination temperatures,Al_(2)O_(3)/SO_(3) ratio and alkalinity coefficient were quantitatively analyzed by Rietveld method.The influence of mineral composition on the performance of BCSA cement was analyzed based on mechanical properties.The results showed that,with the increase of calcination temperature,the contents of C_(2)AS and C$decreased,the content of C_(4)A_(3)$and the 1d strength increased.Reduction of Al_(2)O_(3)/SO_(3) ratio,P would increase the content of C$in clinker,which was beneficial to the stabilization ofα'-C_(2)S,and the increase of strength in middle and late stages.The content of C_(2)AS increased,the content of amorphous phase and the strength decreased with the decrease of alkalinity coefficient.
