摘 要:选择ZC4回弹仪和HC-F800非金属超声仪联合测试带粉刷沟槽烧结多孔砖的强度P。研究不同含水量的试样回弹值HT、超声波声速V的变化规律,并且就含水量对回弹值及超声波声速的影响进行了分析;采用二元线性回归推测带粉刷沟槽烧结多孔砖强度的计算公式。研究结果表明:不同含水量的带粉刷沟槽烧结多孔砖的回弹值与强度相关性及超声波声速与强度相关性的函数变化趋势线不同;由超声和回弹值二元线性回归推测带粉刷沟槽烧结多孔砖强度的相对误差随着试样含水量的增加呈不段减小的趋势,含水量从2.6%增加至饱和值,相对误差为14.8%~10.7%。ZC4 rebound tester and HC-F800 non-metallic ultrasonic were selected to test the strength P of porous bricks with painted grooves. The change rule of the rebound value HT and ultrasonic sound velocity V of the samples under different water contents was studied, and the factors of water content affecting the rebound value and ultrasonic sound velocity were also analyzed. The strength calculation formula of sintered porous bricks with painted grooves was deduced by binary linear regression. Results show that the correlation between the rebound value and the strength of sintered porous bricks with painted grooves and the correlation between the ultrasonic velocity and the strength are different under different water content conditions, and that the relative error of strength of sintered porous bricks with painted grooves decreases with the increase of water content of the samples. When water content increases from 2.6% to saturation, the relative error is 14.8%-10.7%.
