摘 要:针对传统凝胶颗粒调堵剂存在弹性弱、易破碎、长期稳定性差的问题,大庆油田研制出一种具有较好弹性、不易破碎的新型凝胶颗粒。为了提高新型凝胶颗粒对聚驱后非均质油层的深部调堵效果,通过物理模拟实验,测定不同粒径的凝胶颗粒在油层中的深部运移与封堵性能,优选出对聚驱后非均质油层具有最佳剖面改善性能的颗粒粒径,并研究凝胶颗粒与聚合物组成的复合体系在油层中的渗流规律及驱油效果。结果表明:粒径为[0.15,0.30] mm的凝胶颗粒与聚驱后油层具有更好的配伍性;颗粒膨胀后以“堆积封堵―压力升高―变形运移”的方式通过孔喉运移至油层深部,封堵高渗透层,使聚合物溶液流转于中、低渗透层,实现了交替堵驱、动态调驱,大幅度降低了中、低渗透层的平均含油饱和度,聚驱后可进一步提高采收率13.51%。研究成果为聚驱后新型调堵剂的应用提供了理论支撑。In view of the problems of traditional gel-particle profile-controlling and plugging agent characterized by weak elasticity, ease to break and poor long-term stability, a new type of gel particles with flexibility and not easily be broken has been developed in Daqing oilfield. In order to improve deep plugging effect of new gel particles on heterogeneous reservoir after polymer flooded,physical simulation experiments are carried out to determine deep migration and plugging performance of gel particles with different sizes in oil layer. Gel particle sizes with the best profile improving performance to heterogeneous reservoir after polymer flooded are optimized,and the percolation law and oil displacement effect of composite system consisting of gel particles and polymer are studied. The results show that gel particles with particle sizes of [0.15,0.30]mm have better compatibility with polymer flooded reservoirs. After swelling,the particles migrate to deep part of reservoir through pore throats in the way of“accumulation plugging-pressure rise-deformation migration”,plug high permeability layer and make polymer solution flow into medium and low permeability layers,realize alternate plugging-flooding and dynamic profile control and flooding,thus can greatly reduce average oil saturations of medium and low permeability layers,and further enhance oil recovery by 13.51% after polymer flooded. The research results provide theoretical support for the application of new profile-controlling and plugging agent after polymer flooding.
