仿生物电刺激联合五加生化胶囊治疗产后子宫复旧不全的效果

摘　　要：目的分析仿生物电刺激联合五加生化胶囊治疗产后子宫复旧不全的临床效果。方法选取126例初产妇,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,各63例。对照组采用五加生化胶囊进行治疗,试验组采用仿生物电刺激联合五加生化胶囊治疗。比较两组初产妇临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、血性恶露时间及宫缩痛时间。结果试验组初产妇治疗总有效率为93.65%,对照组初产妇治疗总有效率为68.25%,试验组初产妇治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组中医证候积分(4.33±2.40)分明显低于对照组产妇(7.32±2.19)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组产后血性恶露时间(2.47±0.59)d.宫缩痛时间(2.02±0.25)d均明显短于对照组的(3.45±0.70)、(2.69±0.36)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论仿生物电刺激联合五加生化胶囊治疗产后子宫复旧不全的效果确切,具有临床应用和推广价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of bioelectrical stimulation combined with Wujia biochemical capsule in the treatment of postpartum uterine insufficiency.Methods 126 primiparas were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Wujiaxue capsule,and the experimental group was treated with bioelectrical stimulation combined with Wujiaxue capsule.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,lochia rubra time and uterine contraction pain time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of primiparas in the experimental group was 93.65%,and that in the control group was 68.25%.The total effective rate of primiparas in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difFerence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the experimental group(4.33±2.40)was significantly lower than that of the control group(7.32±2.19),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of lochia rubrum and uterine pain in the experimental group were(2.47±0.59)d and(2.02±0.25)d respectively,which were significantly shorter than those in the control group(3.45±0.70)d and(2.69±0.36)d,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of bioelectrical stimulation combined with Wujia biochemical capsule in the treatment of postpartum uterine insufficiency is accurate and has clinical application and promotion value.
