乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合妇炎康栓治疗滴虫性阴道炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合妇炎康栓治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床效果。方法选取105例滴虫性阴道炎患者,按照挂号顺序分为对照组(52例,采用妇炎康栓治疗)与试验组(53例,采用妇炎康栓联合乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗)。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组阴道pH值及清洁度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组阴道pH值低于治疗前,阴道清洁度优于治疗前,且试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组生活质量评分高于治疗前,且试验组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率94.34%高于对照组69.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合妇炎康栓治疗滴虫性阴道炎效果确切,能够改善患者阴道内环境,降低阴道pH值,保持阴道分泌物清洁,提高生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of Lactobacillus live capsule combined with Fuyankang suppository in the treatment of trichomonad vaginitis.Methods 105 patients with trichomonas vaginitis were selected and divided into control group(52 cases,treated with Fuyankang suppository)and experimental group(53 cases,treated with Fuyankang suppository combined with Lactobacillus capsules)according to the order of registration.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pH value and cleanliness of vagina between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pH value of the vagina in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the cleanliness of the vagina was better than that before treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was 94.34% higher than that of control group(69.23%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lactobacillus live capsule combined with Fuyankang decoction in the treatment of trichomonad vaginitis has a definite effect,which can improve the vaginal environment of patients,reduce vaginal pH value,keep vaginal secretions clean,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
