中西医结合治疗子宫异常出血疗效及对患者睡眠质量的影响观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗子宫异常出血疗效及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法选取60例子宫异常出血患者,将患者进行1至60编号随机分为对照组与试验组,每组30例。对照组采取米非司酮治疗,试验组在对照组基础上结合中药治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后睡眠质量及子宫内膜厚度。结果试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,试验组患者睡眠质量评分为(25.94±2.46)分,对照组患者睡眠质量评分为(25.32±2.41)分,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者睡眠质量评分为(8.43±1.45)分,而对照组患者睡眠质量评分为(14.91±1.35)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组子宫内膜厚度明显薄于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗子宫异常出血效果确切,可以明显改善患者睡眠质量,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To observe the effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on abnormal uterine bleeding and its influence on sleep quality of patients.Methods 60 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,sleep quality and endometrial thickness before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0,05).Before treatment,the sleep quality score of patients in the experimental group was(25.94±2.46)points,and that of patients in the control group was(25.32±2.41)points,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the sleep quality score of the experimental group was(8.43±1.45)points,while that of the control group was(14.91±1.35)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the experimental group was significantly thinner than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding,which can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
