摘 要:针对分布式电源广泛接入会增加配电系统节点电压、线路潮流越限风险的问题,提出一种考虑时序最优潮流的分布式电源优化配置方法。首先,建立以最大限度消纳新能源电量和单位电能供电成本最低为目标函数的最大最小优化模型;然后,利用配网静态安全域方法实现内层和外层模型的快速求解;最后,对IEEE 33节点系统开展算例分析,结果表明本文方法可以快速制定风、光电源消纳方案,实现资源的优化配置。In view of the situation that the wide integration of distributed generations will increase the out-of-limit risks of node voltage and line power flow in a distribution system,an optimal allocation method for distributed generations considering the time series optimal power flow is proposed in this paper.A maximum and minimum optimization plan⁃ning model is established with the objective function of maximizing the consumption of renewable power and minimizing the power supply cost per unit power.In addition,the method of steady-state security region of distribution network is used to solve the inner and outer models quickly.An example of IEEE 33-bus system is analyzed,and it is found that the proposed method can quickly formulate a consumption scheme for wind and PV power,thus realizing the optimal al⁃location of resources.
