摘　　要：皖南花猪是安徽省优质地方品种,2001年列入《安徽省地方品种保护名录》。该品种历史悠久,饲养方式独特,周期较长,特征特性明显,胶原蛋白含量超高,为优质肉和火腿市场开发提供了重要的原料基础。该文介绍了皖南花猪的特征、饲养方式及市场开发前景。Wannan Huazhu is a high-quality local breed in Anhui province,which was listed in the list of local breed protection in Anhui Province in 2001.This variety has a long history,a unique way of feeding,a long period,obvious characteristics,high content of collagen,for the development of high-quality meat and ham market provides an important raw material basis.This paper introduced the characteristics,feeding methods and market development prospect of Wannan Flower Pig.
