摘　　要：中国智能制造正以创新驱动和智能转型推动新一代信息化和工业化高度融合,以网络化、数字化、智能化实现智能制造。阀门在流程工业过程控制中扮演着重要的角色。作为代表工业4.0和阀门数字化的关键设备,数字阀门定位器不仅关乎流程过程控制的产品品质和能源效率,还关乎我国阀门数据的安全。因此,中国仪器仪表行业“十四五”发展规划将智能阀门定位器纳入发展重点。在此背景下,综述了国内外研发数字阀门定位器的技术路线和核心关键技术;分析了国内智能阀门定位器的市场容量、技术现状、行业痛点及发展机遇;提出了喷嘴挡板技术是研发数字阀门定位器的主流技术路线的观点;给出了在线故障诊断技术可以借鉴Foxboro经验的建议;指出了“政策引导、创新驱动、合力发展”是早日实现数字阀门定位器中国制造的方略。China’s intelligent manufacturing is being driven by innovation and intelligent transformation to promote a new generation of highly integrated information technology and industrialization to network,digitalization and intelligence to achieve intelligent manufacturing.Valves play an important role in the process control of the process industry.As a representative of Industry 4.0 and valve digital vision of intelligent valve positioner,not only about the process control product quality and energy efficiency,but also about China’s valve data security.Therefore,China’s instrumentation industry“14th Five-Year Plan”development plan brings the intelligent valve positioner into the development focus.In this context,the technical route and core key technologies of domestic and foreign R&D digital valve positioners are reviewed;the market volume,technical status,industry pain points and development opportunities of domestic intelligent valve positioners are analyzed;the view that nozzle baffle technology is the mainstream technical route for R&D digital valve positioners is proposed;the suggestion that online fault diagnosis technology can draw on Foxboro’s experience is given;and the suggestion that policy guidance,innovation-driven and joint development are the strategies to realize the digital valve positioner made in China at an early date is pointed out.
