摘 要:沥青混合料导热系数是影响沥青路面加热温度场的重要参数。为提高沥青混合料导热系数的测试精度,依据传热学理论,采用有限差分法,建立了防护热板法导热系数测试过程中沥青混合料试件的温度场计算模型。使用MATLAB软件计算得出了试件温度场的分布,通过试验验证了模型计算结果的准确性,并对影响温度场分布的因素进行了分析。分析结果表明:尺寸300 mm×300 mm、厚度20~40 mm的沥青混合料试件,在保证精度≤0.1%条件下,测试仪防护热板的最小宽度为98 mm。该研究结论对材料导热系数测量及导热系数测试仪的设计有参考意义。The thermal conductivity of asphalt mixture is an important parameter affecting the heating temperature field of asphalt pavement.In order to improve the testing accuracy of the thermal conductivity of asphalt mixture,a model for calculating the temperature field of asphalt mixture specimens during the thermal conductivity testing by the thermal protection plate method is established based on the theory of heat transfer and the finite difference method.The distribution of the temperature field of the specimen is calculated using MATLAB software,and the accuracy of the model calculation results is verified through tests,and the factors affecting the temperature field distribution are analyzed.The analysis results show that for asphalt mixture specimens with dimensions of 300 mm×300 mm and thicknesses of 20~40 mm,the minimum width of the tester’s thermal protection plate is 98 mm under the condition that the accuracy≤0.1%is guaranteed.The conclusions of this research are of reference significance for the measurement of thermal conductivity of materials and the design of thermal conductivity testers.
