摘 要:为解决传统机械触点式接触器存在的线材消耗较多、控制距离较近、需要集中安装等问题,采用微控制器技术和电力晶体管技术,设计总线式固体接触器。采用功率晶闸管控制触点通断、微型互感器测量电路检测电源和负载工作状态、带有中继缓存功能的RS-422双向全双工总线传输控制指令和测量数据,实现通过单一通信接口对安装范围较大、安装数量较多的接触器的通断控制和状态监控。与传统接触器控制相比,该设计更加节省导线和控制接口、安装更加灵活。通过设计总线式固体接触器结构、硬件电路和通信协议,以及编写微控制器程序和制作样机,实现了接触器的基本功能。总线式固体接触器的应用可提高工业控制系统的智能化水平。To solve the problems of traditional mechanical contact type contactors such as more wire consumption,closer control distance and the need for centralized installation,the bus-type solid contactor is designed using microcontroller technology and power transistor technology.The power thyristor is used to control the contactor on/off,the miniature transformer measurement circuit detects the power supply and load working status,and the RS-422 bidirectional full-duplex bus with relay cache function transmits the control command and measurement data to realize the on/off control and status monitoring of contactors with large installation range and large installation number through a single communication interface.Compared with conventional contactor control,this design is more wire and control interface saving and more flexible installation.The basic functions of the contactor are realized by designing the bus-type solid-state contactor structure,hardware circuit and communication protocol,writing the microcontroller program,and building the prototype.The application of bus-type solid contactors can improve the intelligence of industrial control systems.
