摘  要:科学评价区域协同创新能力对于提升区域创新发展水平至关重要。从区域知识获取能力、区域知识创造能力、区域环境支撑能力以及区域创新资源配置能力4个子系统构建相关指标体系,运用熵值法和耦合协同度模型测量评价泰州市区域协同创新能力。结果显示:泰州市区域协同创新能力稳步提升,正从中级协调逐渐上升至良好协调。区域环境创新支撑能力进步明显,区域知识创造能力缓慢增长,而区域知识获取能力、区域创新资源协同配置能力是进一步提升泰州市区域协同创新能力的关键因素。Regional collaborative innovation capability is an important factor influencing the status and potential of innovation in a specific region,and scientific evaluation of this capability is crucial to improving the level of regional innovation and development.This paper constructs the relevant index system from four subsystems:regional knowledge acquisition ability,regional knowledge creation ability,regional environmental support ability and regional innovation resource allocation ability,and uses the entropy method and the coupling synergy model to measure and evaluate the regional collaborative innovation ability of Taizhou City.The results show that Taizhou's regional collaborative innovation capability has been steadily improved,and it is gradually rising from intermediate coordination to good coordination.The regional environmental innovation support capability has improved significantly,and the regional knowledge creation capability has grown slowly.The improvement of the regional knowledge acquisition capability and the coordinated allocation of regional innovation resources is the key factor to further promote the growth of Taizhou's regional collaborative innovation capability.
