摘  要:针对铁路高填方路基工程设计中存在的问题,提出了一种新型路堤结构——箱型路堤结构。其整体结构由下部的中空钢筋混凝土箱型体和上部的道床结构组成,具有占地面积小、自重低、整体刚度大、稳定性高等优点,适于用地受限、填方高度较大、地基较为软弱等情况。通过力学等效拆分,将箱型结构拆分为上部的框架结构和下部的底板,前者采用结构力学方法、后者采用弹性地基梁方法进行分析,其间将底板位移引入上部结构分析中,该方法充分考虑了地基-底板-上部结构的相互作用。以帕德玛大桥某单线路基工点为实例,对提出的箱型路基型式进行验证。实例分析表明:箱型路堤结构的弯矩极大值位于顶板或底板的跨中截面,剪力极大值位于顶板与腹板或中隔板连接处,腹板承受的弯矩与剪力较小。中隔板的设置对箱型路堤结构受力改善效果显著,可使顶板与底板的最大弯矩降低40%以上。In view of the problems existing in the design of railway high-fill embankment engineering,a new type of embankment structure and box embankment structure was proposed.The overall structure was composed of hollow reinforced concrete box at the lower part and the track bed at the upper part.The new embankment structure had many advantages,such as small floor space,low weight,large integral stiffness and high stability,which was suitable for the limited land,high embankment,soft ground,and so on.Based on mechanical equivalent separation,the box structure was divided into upper frame structure and base plate.The former was analyzed by structural mechanics,and the latter was analyzed by elastic foundation beam method.The displacement of base plate was completely introduced into the analysis of the upper frame structure,and the interaction theory of foundation,base plate and the super structure were fully referenced.The box embankment type was verified by taking a single embankment site of Padma Bridge as an example.Case analysis showed that the maximum bending moment of the box embankment structure was located in the mid-span section of the roof or bottom plate,and the maximum shear force lied in the connection between the roof and the web or the middle clapboard.The web bore less bending moment and shear force.The setting of the middle vertical slab could significantly decrease internal forces of the box embankment structure and reduce the maximum bending moment of the roof and bottom plate by more than 40%.
