摘  要:随着物联网和大数据时代的到来,柔性可穿戴设备在医疗健康监测领域中正受到越来越多的关注。一方面,柔性可穿戴设备通过采集人体生理信息,可帮助慢性病患者进行自我监测和管理,减少就医次数和降低医疗成本;另一方面,与传统的使用刚性材料的智能手环、智能眼镜相比,柔性可穿戴设备的核心部件是基于柔性材料的传感器,具有良好的延展性、贴合性和舒适性,更适合婴儿、老人等特殊病患长期佩戴使用。文章提出了一种以离子液为介质、ITO导电膜为电极的柔性电容式压力传感器,利用差分式测量电路成功测得人体脉搏信号。该传感器制作简单,成本低廉,具有良好的准确性、实时性和舒适性。With the arrival of the era of Internet of things and big data,flexible and wearable devices are attracting more and more attention in the field of medical and health monitoring.On the one hand,flexible and wearable devices collect human physiological information,which can help patients with chronic diseases make self-monitoring and management,thus reduce the frequency of medical visits and medical costs.On the other hand,compared with the traditional smart bracelets and glasses using rigid materials,the core component of flexible and wearable devices is a flexible sensor based on flexible materials.It does well in ductility,fit and comfort,and is more suitable for long-term wear and use by infants,the elderly and other special patients.In the paper,a flexible capacitive pressure sensor with ionic liquid as medium and ITO conductive films as electrodes is proposed.The human pulse signal is successfully measured by differential measuring circuit.The sensor has the advantages of simple manufacture,low cost,good accuracy,real-time and comfort.
