摘  要:为解决施工现场对工控系统模拟量回路的修正问题,研究了使用1台过程校验仪和1张定制的Excel表格完成工业控制系统模拟输入模块通道的性能判断和采集值修正的方法和流程。首先,搭建实验专用平台,即仿真工控系统中直流电流信号的工作电路;然后,计算模拟输入模块的出厂误差,记录标准电流和实际采集值的对应关系,判断模拟输入通道的性能;最后,将计算过程输入到Excel表格中,验证修正公式。实验结果表明,相比实际采集输入,经过修正后的转换误差明显变小,比较方便地解决了现场调试阶段模拟输入模块转化误差的分析和修正。In order to solve the problem of correcting the analog loop of the industrial control system in the construction site, the method and process of using a process calibrator and a customized Excel table to complete the performance judgment of the analog input module channel of the industrial control system and the correction of the collected values are studied. Firstly, a special experimental platform is built to simulate the working circuit of DC current signal in the industrial control system. Then, the factory error of the analog input module is calculated, the corresponding relationship between the standard current and the actual collection value is recorded, and the performance of the analog input channel is judged. Finally, the calculation process is input into the Excel table to verify the correction formula. The experimental results show that the corrected conversion error is significantly smaller than the error of the actual collection input. It is convenient to complete the analysis and correction of the conversion error of the analog input module in the field debugging stage.
