摘  要:毕业生就业质量是评价高校就业工作的重要参考,更是衡量一所高校教育、教学质量的重要指标,以提升就业质量服务高校不断完善人才培养方案、动态调整招生计划、增强就业服务水平,对实现高校在招生、培养、就业全过程人才培养环节的提质升级有着重要意义。本研究依托第三方数据调查公司对学校2019届毕业生离校前和离校一年后就业质量进行跟踪调查,不再把“毕业去向落实率”作为评价高校毕业生就业质量的唯一指标,针对就业工作的多维度评价指标体系以及毕业生、用人单位对学校各培养环节的跟踪调查反馈情况,总结提炼符合高等教育发展规律、兼具客观性和公正性的就业质量提升策略,以期为高校深化人才培养改革提供有益参考。Employment quality is not only an important reference to evaluate employment work in colleges,but also a key indicator to measure the education and teaching quality of a college.In order to improve the employment quality,the collage is required to constantly improve the personnel training program,adjust its enrollment plan and enhance the level of employment services,which is of vital importance for the overall improvement in the whole process of enrollment,training and employment.Instead of taking“the placement ratio of graduation destination”as the only indicator to evaluate graduates’employment quality,this paper aims to track the employment of 2019 graduates before and one year after their graduation according to the data collected by a third-party company.Meanwhile,to provide useful references for colleges to deepen their reforms on the personnel training,this paper tries to summarize an impartial and objective employment-promotion strategy conforming to the law in the development of higher education,and the tracking feedbacks on the college’s training system from graduates and their employers.
