风险社会视域下全人类共同价值省思

摘　　要：随着全球化和现代性的推进,人类正在步入世界风险社会。有效治理全球风险,需要弘扬全人类共同价值,着力构建人类命运共同体。当下,全球和平与发展赤字、公平与正义赤字、民主与自由赤字给人类共同价值弘扬带来诸多风险。为有效化解之,必须遵循风险最小化原则,坚持人类命运共同体理念,强化全球治理制度执行,采取合作共赢治理方式,让中国在全人类共同价值弘扬中贡献更多智慧、发挥更大作用。With the advancement of globalization and modernization,human beings are stepping into a world risk society.To effectively manage global risks,it is necessary to promote the common values of humanity and focus on building a community with a shared future for mankind.At present,the deficits of global peace and development,equity and justice,and democracy and freedom have posed many risks to the promotion of the common values of humanity.To effectively address these challenges,we must follow the principle of risk minimization,uphold the vision of a community with a shared future for mankind,strengthen the implementation of the global governance system,and adopt a cooperative and win-win governance approach,so that China can contribute more wisdom and play a greater role in promoting the common values of humanity.
