摘  要:确定零能耗建筑(ZEB)设计关键参数对能耗及安全系数的影响程度,便于设计师在方案阶段进行建筑性能化设计,实现更好的节能效益。以南京地区某居住建筑为例,考虑了并网零能耗建筑的两种可再生能源系统(即PV,WT),对主要的输入参数进行单一敏感性分析和综合敏感性分析,研究不同参数对零能耗建筑的建筑能耗和安全系数的影响规律,分析不同条件下建筑能耗和安全系数的变化范围。对于ZEB-PV系统,当输入变量为20%时,总能耗综合影响的最大变化为34.89%,安全系数综合影响的最大变化为60.26%;对于ZEB-WT系统,总能耗综合影响的最大变化为20.49%,安全系数综合影响的最大变化为133.86%。此外,太阳辐射和建筑其他用电负荷是显著影响总能耗和安全系数的关键因素,其方差均大于50%。The influence degree of key parameters of Net Zero Energy Building(ZEB)on its energy consumption and safety factor should be determined to facilitate designers to carry out building performance-based design in the scheme stage and achieve better energy-saving benefits.A residential building in Nanjing is taken as an example,two renewable energy systems(i.e.PV and WT)are considered for grid-connected ZEB.The single sensitivity analysis and comprehensive sensitivity analysis of the main input parameters are carried out to study the influence law of different parameters on the building energy consumption and safety factor of ZEB.The variation ranges of building energy consumption and safety factor under different conditions are analyzed.Results for ZEB-PV system,when the input variable is 20%,the maximum change of the comprehensive impact of total energy consumption is 34.89%,and the maximum change of the comprehensive impact of safety factor is 60.26%;for ZEB-WT system,the maximum change of comprehensive impact of total energy consumption is 20.49%,and the maximum change of comprehensive impact of safety factor is 133.86%.In addition,solar radiation and other building power loads are the key factors that significantly affect the total energy consumption and safety factor,and their variances are greater than 50%.
