辽代陈国公主墓出土金质带链器制作工艺研究

摘　　要：陈国公主墓是辽墓中规格较高且具有代表性的墓葬,出土金器31件,其中有三件形制特殊的带链器。带链器是体现北方游牧民族生活习性的重要物质资料。本文使用便携式X射线荧光能谱分析仪和超景深显微镜,对三件带链器的合金成分与制作工艺进行研究。研究发现三件器物基体成分分别为金银合金和金银铜合金,焊接材料成分为金银铜合金,制作工艺主要为焊接、錾刻和花丝。研究认为,样品的细金工艺体现出与唐代金银器工艺的承继关系,且发现了罕见的薄片状焊接材料。The tomb of the Princess of State Chen is a representative high-rank tomb among the Liao dynasty tombs.Thirty-one pieces of gold artifacts have been unearthed,including 3 pieces of special chain-shaped ware.The chain-shaped ware is an important material that reflects the living habits of the nomads in the north.In this paper,the alloy composition and fabrication process of three pieces of wares with a chain were investigated using a portable X-ray fluorescence spectrum analyzer and an ultra-deep field microscope.It is found that the base composition of the three wares are gold-silver alloy and gold-silver-copper alloy;the welding material composition is gold-silver-copper alloy;the production process is mainly welding,engraving and filigree.The research shows that the fine gold process of the sample reflects the inheritance relationship with the gold and silver craftsmanship of the Tang dynasty,and rare sheet welding materials have also been found.
