摘  要:针对高温合金GH738拉拔丝部分样品表面发现纵向裂纹缺陷,采用宏观分析、化学成分分析、扫描电镜分析、金相分析等多种试验方法对样品缺陷部位进行原因分析,查找其产生裂纹的原因。经分析发现,存在缺陷的样品裂纹位置析出较多TiC,TiC呈带状聚集分布,且缺陷位置样品的最外层晶粒比中心晶粒大。由于析出物聚集和外侧的晶粒导致组织力学性能变差,当变形量超过一定的界限时产生裂纹。Longitudinal cracks were found on the surface of some samples of superalloy GH738 during the testing.The cause of the crack were analyzed by the means of macroscopic analysis,chemical composition analysis,scanning electron microscope analyze and metallographic analysis.The results showed that more banded TiC precipitates at the cracks in the sample.Besides,It was found that the outermost grain of the sample was larger than that of the center grain.The mechanical properties of materials are poor due to the aggregate precipitates and outside grains.Cracks occur when the amount of material deformation exceeds a certain limit.
