摘 要:通过在盆栽甜菜中添加不同浓度的氯化镉(CdCl_(2))溶液,研究镉对甜菜品质指标变化影响。试验结果表明:1.随着镉浓度的增加,块根中含糖率呈现先上升后下降趋势,处理浓度为100mg·kg^(-1)时最高,500mg·kg^(-1)时最低,高浓度镉对含糖率的提高有一定的抑制作用。2.镉对块根品质指标K、Na和α-N含量变化也有一定的影响,随着胁迫浓度增大,三种品质指标下降。3.盆栽条件下,镉胁迫降低了块根对Mg、Ca、Cu、Fe的吸收,促进了块根对Zn、B、Mo、Mn的吸收,导致块根营养平衡被打破,抑制甜菜生长。研究表明甜菜受到镉胁迫后产生了一定的应急反应,打破甜菜的营养平衡,加剧膜脂过氧化,降低了含糖率,抑制甜菜生长。By adding different concentrations of cadmium chloride(CdCl_(2))solution to potted sugar beet,the effect of cadmium on the quality index of sugar beet was studied.The test results showed that:1.With the increase of cadmium concentration,the sugar content in tuberous roots first increased and then decreased,the highest concentration was 100 mg·kg^(-1),and the lowest was 500 mg·kg^(-1).The increase of sugar content has a certain inhibitory effect.2.Cadmium also had a certain effect on the changes of root quality indexes K,Na andα-N.With the increase of stress concentration,the three quality indexes decreased.3.Under the condition of pot planting,cadmium stress reduced the uptake of Mg,Ca,Cu and Fe by the tuberous roots,and promoted the uptake of Zn,B,Mo and Mn by the tuberous roots,resulting in the breaking of the nutritional balance of the tuberous roots and inhibiting the growth of sugar beet.Studies have shown that sugar beet produces a certain emergency response after being stressed by cadmium,which breaks the nutritional balance of sugar beet,aggravates membrane lipid peroxidation,reduces sugar content,and inhibits sugar beet growth.
