摘  要:VAPEX(蒸气萃取)技术是一种新型的稠油开采技术,VAPEX技术具有温室气体排放量低、开采原油时所需能量少和开发成本低等优点,对经济高效提高稠油采收率具有重要意义.综述VAPEX技术的发展历程,介绍溶剂气体注入到稠油样品中求解溶剂扩散系数的模型和溶剂分散系数模型,详细分析了溶剂气体进入到模型样品中体积、系统压力、溶解度、界面张力等变化对传质系数和扩散系数影响,溶剂气体在VAPEX过程中的分散系数,概述了VAPEX过程的连接路径和腔室变化情况和溶剂气体在稠油和沥青中的传质机理,并针对目前存在的问题,提出了VAPEX技术在稠油开采领域的前景方向及展望.VAPEX(vapor extraction) technology is a new kind of heavy oil recovery technology.VAPEX technology has the advantages of low emission of greenhouse gas,low energy requirement and low development cost when exploiting oil reservoir,and it is of great significance to improve the recovery of heavy oil efficiently.In this paper,the development history of VAPEX technology is reviewed.It introduces the model of solvent diffusion coefficient and solvent dispersion coefficient model for solvent gas injection into heavy oil samples,and analyzes the effects of volume,system pressure,solubility and interfacial tension on mass transfer coefficient and diffusion coefficient when solvent gas enters into the model samples in detail.It summarizes the connection path and chamber changes of VAPEX process and the mass transfer mechanism of solvent gas in heavy oil and asphalt.Aiming at the existing problems,it puts forward the prospect and prospect of VAPEX technology in the field of heavy oil recovery.
