摘　　要：介绍了乘用车漆膜表面出现肥边现象的形成机理,同时结合喷涂工艺对影响肥边缺陷的因素进行识别,通过在现场对喷涂参数和轨迹进行调整,对解决肥边的效果进行验证,提出了改善肥边的有效措施.The formation mechanism of the phenomenon of fat edges on the paint film surface of automobile passenger cars was introduced.At the same time,the factors that affect the defects of fat edges by combining the spraying process were identified.Through adjusting the spraying parameters and trajectory on site,the effect of solving the fertilizer edge was verified,and effective measures to improve the fertilizer edge were put forward.
