摘 要:用水热法制备TiO_(2)、Ta掺杂TiO_(2)(TOTa)以及四个F^(-)离子调控晶面的TOTa(F^(-)TOTa)。用XRD、TEM、UV-vis、FTIR手段对样品的晶体结构、形貌、光学性质进行表征。主要结果表明,随着F^(-)离子浓度增加,晶体沿[001]方向生长受到抑制;同时,晶胞沿着[001]方向压缩,沿[100]方向延长。与TiO_(2)相比,F^(-)TOTa的吸收边红移,最大红移量约10纳米;晶体表面吸附多种有机基团,如羟基和羰基基团。光催化降解甲基蓝的实验结果表明,与TOTa相比,F^(-)TOTa对甲基蓝的吸附与降解性能有显著提高。TiO_(2),Ta-doped TiO_(2)(TOTa)and four TOTa samples with facets tuned by the F^(-)ions(F^(-)TOTa)were synthesized by the hydrothermal method.All samples were characterized by means of XRD,TEM,UV-Vis and FTIR tOinvestigate their crystal structure,morphology and optical properties.The results are as follows:with increasing the concentration of F^(-)ions,the growth of TiO_(2) along the[001]direction is suppressed;simultaneously,the unit cell is compressed in the[001]direction and elongated in the[100]direction.Compared with TiO_(2),the absorption edge of F^(-)TOTa red-shifts with the maximum scope of 10 nm;Surface of F^(-)TOTa adsorbs several types of organic groups such as hydroxyl and carbonyl groups.The results of photodegradation of methylene blue show that four F^(-)TOTa samples exhibit the significantly enhanced capacities of adsorption and degradation tOmethylene blue,compared with TOTa.
