摘 要:在吐温-80存在下,建立了叔丁醇-氯化钠双水相体系,并于1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)与Co^(2+)形成配合物,用紫外分光光法测定工业废水中Co^(2+)。以实验可见,表面活性剂存在下,酸度控制在pH=5的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,Co^(2+)-PAN配合物被萃取到叔丁醇相中,其最大吸收波长为580 nm。在该条件下,Co^(2+)在0.20~5.00μg/mL范围内符合Lambert-Beer定律,其相关系数为0.9993,表观摩尔系数ε=6.49×10^(5) L/(mol·cm)。该方法测定工业废水中的Co^(2+)与原子吸收法结果一致。The complex was studied between PAN(1-butanol-2-pyridylazo-2-naphthol)and Co^(2+)in a simple aqueous two-phase of tert-butanol/sodium chloride in the meidum of Tween-80,and an aqueous two-phase extraction photometric analysis method for separating and determining Co^(2+)in industrial waste water was established.The results showed that the complex of PAN and Co^(2+)in the medium of Tween-80 was extracted intOtert-butanol phase at pH_(4)~5 of HAc-NaAC buffer solution.The maximum absorption wavelength of the extracted complex in the tert-butanol phase was located at 580 m.Under this condition,Beer’s law was obeyed for the amount of Co^(2+)in the range of 0.20~5.00μg/mL,and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9993 and the apparent molar absorptivityε=6.49×10^(5) L/(mol·cm).The analytical resutls obtained for Co^(2+)in wast waster were in goog agreemet with values measured by atmoc absorption spectrometry.
