碱土金属对石油焦气化制甲烷的模拟分析

摘  要:将CaO、MgO引入石油焦气化制甲烷的系统中,通过吸收气体中的CO_(2),使反应朝着生产甲烷的方向进行。分析了不同反应条件,包括气化温度、气化压力,蒸汽与石油焦质量比以及CaO、MgO质量流量对有效气体体积分数的影响。结果表明:添加CaO可大幅度提高甲烷产率,温度和压力对石油焦-CaO气化制甲烷也有影响,石油焦-CaO制甲烷较适宜反应条件为:1 MPa,600~750℃,H_(2)O/PC=2,CaO/PC=1,而MgO对石油焦气化制取甲烷作用较小。CaOand MgOwere introduced intOthe system of gasification of petroleum coke,and the reaction was carried out in the direction of methane production by absorbing CO_(2) in the gas.The effects of different reaction conditions,including gasification temperature,gasification pressure,mass ratiOof steam tOpetroleum coke and additive mass flow rate on the effective gas volume fraction were analyzed.The results show that reducing the temperature,increasing the pressure and reducing the mass flow of water vapor is beneficial tOthe production of methane.The addition of CaOcan greatly improve the methane yield.The temperature and pressure have the influence on the methane of petroleum coke gasification,The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:1 MPa,600~750℃,H_(2)O/PC=2,CaO/PC=1.And MgOpetroleum coke gasification tOproduce methane less.
