摘 要:以阳离子单体二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)与丙烯酰胺(AM)作单体,采用V 50和氧化还原体系做引发剂,经水溶液聚合法共聚出一种阳离子聚合物POL。其合成条件为反应温度60℃,反应时间2 h,反应pH值为7,反应物配比为n(DMDAAC)∶n(AM)=1∶6,单体质量40%。研究了POL溶液在不同温度,不同吸附剂(石英砂和油砂)上的静态吸附规律;探究经过POL吸附后的水湿及油湿石英片表面润湿性变化,表面接触角均偏向亲水性发展,证明POL具有选择堵水的特性;岩芯驱替实验测定POL选择堵水性能,实验结果表明封堵效果良好,在0.5~6 mL/min驱替速度下实验测定NFFR值均大于1,表明POL作为一种新的阳离子溶液型选择堵水剂,其具有良好的堵水不堵油效果。The cationic monomer DMDAAC and acrylamide AM were used as monomers,and V50 and redox system were used as initiators tOcopolymerize a cationic polymer POL by aqueous solution polymerization..The synthesis conditions were as follows:reaction temperature 60℃,reaction time 2 h,reaction pH value 7,reactant ratiO n(DMDAAC):n(AM)=1∶6,monomer mass 40%.The static adsorption law of POL solution at different temperatures and different adsorbents(quartz sand and oil sand)was studied;the wettability changes of water wet and oil wet quartz chips after POL adsorption were investigated,and the surface contact angles were all biased towards hydrophilicity.Sex development shows that POL has the property of selecting water shutoff;core displacement test determines the water blocking performance of POL,and the experimental results show that the plugging effect is good,and the experimentally determined NFFR value is greater than 1 at a displacement speed of 0.5~6 mL/min.It shows that POL is a new cationic solution type water blocking agent,which has good water blocking and nOoil blocking effect.
