摘 要:按照工业上尾氯含量组成即Cl_(2)(65%~80%),O_(2)(8%~10%),N 2(6%~16%),H_(2)(1.5%~4%),配制反应气,使用固定床反应器,采用氧化铝负载氧化铜作为催化剂,过程中通过催化氢气与混合气中两种气体氯气和氧气反应来实现安全除氢的目的。实验表明,负载氧化铜催化剂具有较好的催化性能,催化效果起始较好,110℃下反应时,氢气转化率能达到98%,但氢气转化率下降较快,反应120 min后,氢气转化率变为75%;整体上氧化铝负载氧化铜催化剂催化氢氯反应的选择性高于氢氧反应的选择性。The purpose of removing hydrogen securely from the tail chlorine(chlorine-containing gas),which was prepared according tOindustrial tail chlorine composition:Cl_(2)(65%~80%),O_(2)(8%~10%),N 2(6%~16%)and H_(2)(1.5%~4%),is achieved by catalyzing the reaction of hydrogen with chlorine and oxygen in a fixed-bed reactor with the alumina supported copper oxide as catalyst.The results show that the conversion rate of hydrogen can reach 98%at 110℃showing superior catalytic performance with the alumina supported copper oxide as catalyst especially at the beginning of the reaction,but the conversion rate of hydrogen decreased rapidly and became 75%after reaction for 120 min;On the whole,the selectivity of hydrogen chloride reaction catalyzed by alumina supported copper oxide catalyst is higher than that of hydrogen and oxygen reaction.
