国产航空汽油对SD大鼠的急性毒性研究

摘　　要：通用航空的快速发展,推动了国产航空汽油的使用。由于航空汽油中含有四乙基铅和大量支链烷烃,其毒性受到设备的广泛关注,但国内还未见航空汽油毒性的研究报道。本文研究了国产100号、100LL和UL91航空汽油对SD大鼠的急性经皮毒性和吸入毒性。结果表明,经三种国产航空汽油14天持续给药,SD大鼠的体重较空白大鼠均有轻微降低,国产航空汽油对SD大鼠体重的影响与航空汽油的种类和大鼠的性别均有关系。经过14 d给药,在最大限量条件下,试验用SD大鼠未出现死亡,表明三种国产航空汽油均属于低毒类。The rapid development of general aviation promoted domestic aviation gasoline(avgas)consumption.It has been widely concerned the toxicity of avgas because of the tetraethyl lead(TEL)and high content branched alkanes.This article studied the acute dermal toxicity and inhalation toxicity of domestic 100,100LL and UL91 avgas in SD rat.The results showed the weight of SD rats reduced slightly,compared tOblank sample,in 14 d consecutive administration by three kinds of domestic avgas.The influence on weight of SD rats was related tOthe type of avgas and sex of rats.There was nOdeath in SD rats at maximum dose conditions after 14 d administration,indicating that the three domestic avgas are low toxicity.
