摘 要:采用二次生长法合成NaY沸石膜。详细考察了晶种种类(EMT、NaY)、载体种类(α-A1_(2)O_(3)、不锈钢载体)、分散介质(水、乙醇以及水与不同含量十六烷三甲基溴化铵(CTAB))对于晶种层以及NaY沸石膜膜结构的影响。通过XRD和SEM等手段对沸石膜的微观结构进行了表征,采用N_(2)单组分渗透检测膜的致密性。结果表明,以NaY为沸石晶种,0.04%CTAB为混合分散介质制备的晶种液在α-A1_(2)O_(3)载体上担载的晶种层均匀连续,膜层的N 2单组份渗透通量为8.57×10^(-8)mol/(m^(2)·Pa·s),膜层致密性好。NaY zeolite membranes were prepared by secondary growth method.It was investigated that the effects of type of seed crystals(EMT,NaY)and supports(α-Al _(2)O_(3),stainless steel),dispersion medium(water,enthol and the mixture of water and different amount of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide CTAB)on the seed layer and on the membrane structure of NaY zeolite membranes.The microstructure of the zeolite membrane was characterized by XRD and SEM.The densification of membrane was detected by N_(2) single-component permeation.The results showed that seed solution with NaY zeolite as seed crystal,and with 0.04%CTAB and water as dispersion medium,the continuous and dense seed layer on theα-Al_(2)O_(3) support was obtained.The membrane derived from this seed layer was continuous and dense with 8.57×10^(-8) mol/(m^(2)·Pa·s)of permeation flux of N_(2).
