摘  要:为设计出一款适用于小型越野车且性能优良的变速箱,本文结合齿轮设计方法和有限元法对变速箱齿轮进行设计与优化。首先通过越野车发动机参数及动力学参数确定出整车的传动比,进而确定各挡位齿轮参数并进行建模;然后对变速箱齿轮进行动力学分析从而验证其可靠性;最后基于动力学分析结果,以单元密度为变量、一阶固有频率不小于啮合频率为约束、齿轮轻量化为目标对变速器齿轮进行拓扑优化。优化后的齿轮质量较优化前减少22.4%,且其动态和静态性能均满足强度要求。In order to design a gearbox with excellent performance suitable for small off-road vehicles,the gearbox gear was designed and optimized by combining the gear design method and the finite element method.Firstly,the transmission ratio of the whole vehicle was determined through the engine parameters and dynamic parameters of the off-road vehicle,and then the gear parameters of each gear were determined and modeled.Secondly the dynamic analysis of the gearbox gear was performed to verify its reliability.Finally,based on the dynamic analysis,the topology optimization of the transmission gear was carried out with the element density as the variable,the first-order natural frequency not less than the meshing frequency as the constraint,and the gear weight reduction as the goal.The weight of the optimized gear is reduced by 22.4%compared with the before optimization,and its dynamic and static performances meet the strength requirements.
