摘  要:针对车辆在驾驶安全和驾驶感受的摆振问题,对双齿轮转向系统的动力学模型、齿条力估计以及摆振抑制控制算法进行了研究,提出了基于齿条力估计的方向盘摆振抑制控制器。结合谐波滤波原理,将在摆振的扰动力提取出来,经过适当的幅值相位补偿,由电机提供补偿力矩,最终达到减弱摆振导致的方向盘振动,并通过系统仿真试验验证了摆振抑制算法的效果。结果表明:该算法能有效降低摆振对方向盘手感的影响,提高驾驶的舒适性。Aiming at the shimmy problem of vehicle in driving security and feelings,dynamic modelling of dual-pinion steering system,rack force estimation and shimmy compensation algorithm were researched,a shimmy controller based on rack force estimation was proposed.Combined with the principle of harmonic filtering,the shimmy force was extracted.The compensation torque was provided by the motor after appropriate amplitude and phase compensation.Finally,the steering wheel vibration caused by shimmy was reduced,and the effect of the shimmy controller algorithm was verified by the system simulation test.The results show that the algorithm can effectively reduce the impact of shimmy on the steering wheel feel and improve the driving comfort.
