侧卧位体位在腹腔镜泌尿外科手术中的护理研究

摘　　要：目的:分析腹腔镜泌尿外科手术中开展侧卧位体位护理效果。方法:研究共抽取25例腹腔镜泌尿外科手术病例,来源时间2018年4月至2019年5月,获得患者完整资料后进行分析。分组方式结合实际开展护理措施分为对照组(n=13,传统式)与观察组(n=12,改良式),分析对比两组患者护理情况。结果:经护理后与对照组比较,观察组总满意率偏高,手术治疗时间偏短,体位摆放便利性评分偏高,总护理风险发生率偏低(P<0.05);经不同方式护理干预前对照组与观察组所有生活质量评分进行对比,有可比性(P>0.05),而护理后前者所有项目评分与后者比较,明显偏低,无可比性(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜泌尿外科手术中开展侧卧位体位护理,可显著提升患者护理满意度,同时还能降低压疮、水泡以及潮红等一系列护理风险事件发生率,缩短患者手术治疗时间,促使患者术后个人生活质量水平得到显著提升,值得临床推行。Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of lateral position in laparoscopic urology.Methods:A total of 25 cases of laparoscopic urological surgery were selected from April 2018 to June 2020.The complete data of patients were obtained and analyzed.The patients were divided into the control group(n=13,traditional)and the observation group(n=12,improved)according to the actual nursing measures.Results:After nursing,compared with the control group,the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher,the operation treatment time was shorter,the score of posture placement convenience was higher,and the total nursing risk rate was lower(P<0.05).After different nursing interventions,the scores of all items of quality of life in the control group and the observation group were comparable(P>0.05),while after nursing,the scores of all items in the former were significantly lower than those in the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out lateral position nursing in laparoscopic urology surgery can significantly improve patients’nursing satisfaction,and at the same time reduce the incidence of a series of nursing risk events such as pressure sores,blisters and flushing,and shorten the operation treatment time of patients,which can significantly improve the personal quality of life of patients after operation,and is worthy of clinical implementation.
