摘  要:为了提高催化剂在甲苯甲醇侧链烷基化制苯乙烯反应中的稳定性及苯乙烯选择性,采用水热法合成了不同P、Al含量(物质的量)的P-Al/NaX催化剂,并负载质量分数为9%的NaOH,探究了该系列催化剂在甲苯甲醇侧链烷基化中的催化性能。结合X射线衍射(XRD)、CO_(2)-TPD和NH_(3)-TPD等表征结果和催化活性数据发现,水热法合成的含有磷铝硅酸盐Na_(13)Al_(24)Si_(13)P_(11)O_(96)·H_(2)O 结构的P-Al/NaX催化剂表现出高的苯乙烯选择性,其中Cat-3-9Na催化剂的乙苯和苯乙烯总收率达到73.57%,苯乙烯选择性达到28.18%。通过催化剂连续反应6天的活性数据发现,该系列催化剂表现出良好的稳定性。In order to improve the stability and styrene selectivity of t he catalyst in the side-chain alkylation of toluene with methan ol,P-Al/NaX catalysts with different P and Al contents(amount of substance)were synthesized by hydrothermal method and loaded with 9%(mass fraction)NaOH.The catalytic performance of this series of catalysts in the side-chain alkylation of toluene with methanol was studied.Combined with X-ray diffraction(XRD),CO_(2)-TPD,NH_(3)-TPD characterization results and catalytic activity data,it is found that P-Al/NaX catalyst containing phosphoaluminosilicate Na_(13)Al_(24)Si_(13)P_(11)O_(96)·H_(2)O structure synthesized by hydrothermal method shows high styrene selectivity.The total yield of ethylbenzene and styrene of Cat-3-9Na cataly st is 73.57%,and the selectivity of styrene is 28.18%.By the activity data for 6 consecutive da ys,it is found that this series of catalysts shows good stabil ity.
