摘 要:以4种不同活性炭作为催化剂载体,采用浸渍法制备了一系列乙炔法合成醋酸乙烯催化剂。利用元素分析(EA)、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)、N2物理吸附、拉曼光谱(Raman)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等表征技术对活性炭载体基本性质进行了系统研究,并对制得的醋酸乙烯催化剂进行了催化活性评价。结果表明,活性炭载体孔结构性质对催化剂活性有重要影响,其中,孔结构分布中孔径为0~<2.0 nm的微孔占比越多,催化剂性能越好。具有最多0~<2.0 nm的微孔占比(89.2%)的活性炭载体制得的催化剂的催化活性最高(63.0 g/(L·h)),较具有最少0~<2.0 nm的微孔占比(65.0%)的活性炭载体制得的催化剂的催化活性提高50.7%。此外,活性炭载体表面含氧官能团对催化剂性能无明显影响。A series of catalysts for acetylene to vinyl acetate were prepared by impregnation method using four different activated carbon supports. And the fundamental characteristics of activated carbon supports were systematically observed by elemental analysis(EA), inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES), N2 physisorption, Raman spectroscopy(Raman),X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and other characterization techniques, and the catalytic activity of the prepared vinyl acetate catalyst were evaluated. It is found that, the pore structure of activated carbon supports has an important inffuence on the performance of catalysts. The more the pore size of 0~<2.0nm in the pore structure distribution, the better the catalytic agent performance. The catalyst with the largest 0~<2.0 nm microporous distribution(89.2%) has the highest catalytic activity(63.0 g/(L·h)), which is 50.7% higher than that with the least 0~<2.0 nm micropore distribution(65.0%). In addition, it is found that the oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of activated carbon supports have no obvious effect on the performance of catalyst.
