摘  要:在天然气三甘醇脱水工艺中,固体杂质是影响三甘醇质量的重要因素。根据废三甘醇中的主要固体杂质种类,确定了FeS、Fe_(2)O_(3)、CaCO_(3)、CaSO_(4)、CuO、Al_(2)O_(3)和ZnO 7种固体杂质,利用搭建的三甘醇再生装置、红外光谱仪和色谱质谱联动仪等仪器,通过实验研究了长时间加热条件下不同固体杂质对三甘醇有机杂质组分和性质的影响。结果表明,在182℃连续加热48 h的条件下,受固体杂质影响,三甘醇有机杂质种类明显增多且质量分数增大;不同固体杂质对三甘醇变质的影响存在差异,CuO>Al_(2)O_(3)>FeS>CaSO_(4)>Fe_(2)O_(3)>CaCO_(3)>ZnO。固体杂质引起三甘醇变质的主要原因是固体杂质具有一定的催化活性,会促进三甘醇高温下的分解、分子间和分子内脱水以及氧化等反应,使甘醇类和有机酸类杂质含量明显增大。不同固体杂质的催化活性强弱不同,其中CuO和Al_(2)O_(3)催化活性最强,ZnO最弱。因此,需要严格控制CuO在三甘醇中的含量。三甘醇中有机杂质组分种类和含量的增大,导致三甘醇颜色加深、产生芳香气味、pH降低、发泡性能增强、蒸发损失增大以及脱水和再生性能下降,造成三甘醇质量恶化,降低了其在脱水工艺中的适应性。In the dehydrating process of natural gas triethylene glycol,the solid impurity is an important factor affecting the quality of triethylene glycol.According to the main types of solid impurities in waste triethylene glycol,seven solid impurities such as FeS,Fe_(2)O_(3),CaCO_(3),CaSO_(4),CuO,Al_(2)O_(3) and ZnO were identified.The effects of different solid impurities on the composition and properties of organic impurities of triethylene glycol under long-term heating conditions were studied by using the regeneration apparatus of the set up triethylene glycol,infrared spectrometer and chromatography-mass spectrometer.The results show that under the condition of continuous heating at 182℃ for 48 h,the category and mass fraction of organic impurities of triethylene glycol increase significantly due to the influence of solid impurities,and the effects of different solid impurities on the metamorphism of triethylene glycol are different,CuO>Al_(2)O_(3)>FeS>CaSO_(4)>Fe_(2)O_(3)>CaCO_(3)>ZnO.The main reason for the metamorphism of triethylene glycol caused by solid impurities is that the solid impurities have a certain catalytic activity,which will further promote the decomposition,intermolecular and intramolecular dehydration,oxidation and other reactions of triethylene glycol at high temperatures,making the content of glycols and organic acids impurities significantly increases.Different solid impurities have different catalytic activity.CuO and Al_(2)O_(3) have the strongest catalytic activity,while ZnO is the weakest.Therefore,the content of CuO in triethylene glycol needs to be strictly controlled.The increase of the category and mass fraction of organic impurity components in triethylene glycol,resulting in the deepening of the color of triethylene glycol,the generation of aromatic,the decrease of pH,the enhancement of foaming performance,the increase of evaporation loss,and the decrease of dehydration and regeneration performance,resulting in the deterioration of the quality of the triethylene glycol,and red uc
