摘 要:为了提高钯复合膜在实际应用中固定空间内的比表面积及钯膜透氢性能,对此,本文提出使用外表面平坦光滑且内部具有均匀径向孔道的陶瓷纤维管作为钯膜载体,制备了新型的具有高透氢性能的钯复合膜。在400℃、0.1 MPa下,透氢量达到6.2E-6 mol/m^(2).s.Pa。该陶瓷纤维管内部存在的径向均匀孔道可有效减小氢气渗透阻力,从而提高透氢性能。此外,陶瓷纤维管载体外表面粗糙度较小,易于钯膜制备。Palladium membrane has several advantages in hydrogen separation and purification,such as small size,quietness and compactness.Palladium membrane has a very significant application prospect in the direction of hydrogen production for fuel cells.In order to improve the specific surface area of the palladium composite membrane in the fixed space and the hydrogen permeability of the palladium membrane,this paper proposed to use a ceramic fiber tube with a smooth outer surface and a uniform radial channel inside as a palladium membrane carrier.A new type of palladium composite membrane with high hydrogen permeability was prepared.At 400℃and 0.1 MPa,the hydrogen permeability reached 6.2E-6 mol/m^(2).s.Pa.The radial and uniform pores inside the ceramic fiber tube can effectively reduce the hydrogen permeation resistance,thereby improve the hydrogen permeation performance.In addition,the ceramic fiber tube carrier has a small outer surface roughness and is easy to prepare for the palladium film.
