一体化膈膜组合体电解锰电流效率控制机理分析

摘  要:以工业用硫酸锰溶液为电解原料,采用自制的隔膜组合体电解槽制备金属锰,与传统的电解槽电流效率相比:一体化膈膜组合体电解槽的电流效率为77.7%,传统电解槽为70.6%,一体化隔膜组合体电流效率高于传统电解槽,从阴极反应机理,溶液pH值和浓差极化对电流效率的影响进行分析。Using industrial MnSO_(4)solution as raw material,manganese was produced by self-made diaphragm electrolyzer,compared with the traditional wooden electrolyzer,The current efficiency of the integrated diaphragm assembly is 77.7%,the traditional electrolyzer is 70.6%,the results show that the efficiency current of self-made diaphragm electrolyzer is higher than the traditional electrolyzer.The effects of cathode electrode reaction mechanism,the pH value of solution and concentration polarization have influence on current efficiency.
