摘 要:引入有机硅季铵盐作为杀菌剂,采用化学湿法镀膜技术在玻璃表面镀上杀菌液,再通过高温(230℃)固化20 min,使得玻璃表面形成一层牢固的杀菌涂层,制备了有机硅杀菌玻璃并对其杀菌效果进行了研究。结果表明,有机硅杀菌玻璃具有十分优异的杀菌效果:无紫外光照射条件下24 h内对常见的细菌如大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌等的杀菌率可达99.9%,并且该杀菌玻璃具备非常出色的耐久性,同时该杀菌玻璃的清晰度较好:透光率>89.61%,雾度<0.2%。The organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt was used as fungicide,and the bactericidal liquid was plated on the glass surface by chemical wet coating technology,then a strong bactericidal coating was formed on the surface of the glass after curing at a high temperature(230℃)for 20 min.Finally,the organosilicon antimicrobia glass was prepared and its germicidal effect was discussed.The results show that the organosilicon antimicrobia glass has strong anti-microbial ability and its antibacterial rate to the common bacteria including E.coli,klebsiella pneumoniae,pseudomonas aeruginosa,staphylococcus aureus,hemolytic streptococcus,acinetobacter baumannii was more than 99.9%in dark condition;what is more,an antimicrobial glass prepared by the organosilicon antimicrobial solution above has excellent durability and small influence on the light transmittance of the glass which shows that its transmittance is above 89.61%and its haze is less than 0.2%.
